Acceptable use policy

Lawful use
You may use your VPS for lawful purposes within your package limits. This includes lawful VPNs, proxies, and Tor services, including exit nodes. These uses do not require prior approval.
You remain responsible for securing your VPS, managing access, and addressing harmful activity originating from it.
Cryptocurrency mining
Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited on all LTRDP VPSs. This applies regardless of the cryptocurrency, mining software, or amount of CPU used.
Prohibited activity
Do not use our services for:
- Phishing, fraud, credential theft, or distributing malicious software.
- Unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks, or attacks against other systems.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging or other spam.
- Unlawful content or infringement of other people’s rights.
- Attempts to access another customer’s resources, compromise the host, or bypass package limits.
Hosting in Lithuania does not exempt your activity from applicable law.
Resource use and security
Keep your operating system and applications updated and protect your access credentials. Use only the resources included in your package, and do not deliberately disrupt the host, network, or other customers.
If your VPS is compromised, you must address the cause and stop the harmful activity. We may temporarily restrict access while an active threat is contained.
Reports and enforcement
Send abuse reports to [email protected]. Include the affected IP address or URL, relevant timestamps and time zone, and enough evidence for us to investigate. Do not include unnecessary personal information.
Where practical, we will explain an issue and give the customer an opportunity to fix it. Active security threats, serious breaches, or legal requirements may require immediate restriction or suspension.
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination. Customers can contact support to challenge a decision. Enforcement does not remove rights or remedies required by law.
