Terms of service
Effective date:
LTRDP is a brand operated by [legal name], based at [business address], Lithuania. Contact us at [email protected].
These terms cover VPS services purchased from LTRDP by individuals and businesses. Nothing in them takes away rights that applicable law gives you.
Your account
You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you order for a business, you must have authority to act for it.
We do not require identity verification to create an account. You must provide an email address you control and keep your account credentials secure. Contact support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Hosting in Lithuania does not exempt you or your use of the service from applicable law.
What we provide
We provide unmanaged virtual servers hosted in Lithuania. Your order records the resources, operating system, price, and service period you purchase.
We handle the host hardware, network, and initial VPS provisioning. You manage your operating system, applications, updates, firewall, access credentials, and backups. Software installation, troubleshooting inside your VPS, and ongoing server administration are your responsibility.
You must hold any licences your software requires. If you choose Windows Server, you must provide and activate your own valid licence.
Orders and payment
Orders are prepaid. We begin provisioning after payment is confirmed. Your purchased service period begins when the VPS becomes active, so setup time does not consume your paid term.
Prices and account credits are recorded in euros. Cryptocurrency invoices show the asset, network, amount, address, and payment deadline. Follow those instructions carefully. Late, incomplete, or incorrect payments may need manual review; we cannot promise recovery of funds sent to an unsupported network or an address we do not control.
If we cannot supply your VPS, we will refund the order. Provisioning problems do not remove any other remedy available to you under applicable law.
Service periods and renewal
One billing month means 30 days. A three-month term is therefore 90 days, a six-month term is 180 days, and a twelve-month term is 360 days.
Renewal is manual. You can renew an eligible VPS from its account page using account credits. We do not automatically renew it or deduct credits at expiry.
Renewal adds another copy of your original purchased term at its original checkout price. It extends the existing expiry date. If you renew after expiry, the new term still begins at the previous expiry date, so time spent suspended counts toward that term.
To stop at the end of your paid period, do not renew.
Expiry, suspension, and deletion
Your VPS is suspended when its paid period expires. You have five days after expiry to renew using account credits. A successful renewal within that window queues reactivation.
Once five days have passed, renewal closes and the VPS and its stored data are permanently deleted. You must purchase a new VPS to resume service. A new purchase does not restore the previous server or its files.
Keep backups outside LTRDP and download anything you need before expiry. Suspension can prevent access to your files during the five-day renewal window.
Seven-day first-VPS guarantee
You can request a full refund of your first VPS purchase within seven days of activation. Contact support from your account or email us with enough information to identify the order. You do not need to give a reason.
The guarantee covers your first VPS purchase, including its full purchased term. It does not create a separate money-back guarantee for subsequent VPS purchases, renewals, or unrelated account-credit deposits.
A refund ends the service for that VPS. Save your files before asking us to cancel it.
We will return the amount paid using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. An account-credit purchase is restored to your balance; a direct cryptocurrency purchase is refunded in the original asset and quantity paid for that purchase. Mandatory refund rights take priority over these arrangements.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you buy as a consumer, you may also have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days after the contract is concluded, or longer where the law provides. Our seven-day guarantee does not shorten that period.
Send us a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and identify your order. You do not have to use particular wording. For example: “I wish to withdraw from my VPS order [invoice reference], placed on [date].”
Starting your VPS does not automatically remove your withdrawal rights. Where you expressly requested service to start during the withdrawal period and the legal requirements are met, a statutory withdrawal refund may account for service already supplied. We will not make that deduction from a refund covered by our seven-day full-refund guarantee.
Statutory withdrawal refunds are made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days after notice. EU guidance on withdrawal rights.
Acceptable use
You must use your VPS lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not use it for phishing, fraud, unsolicited bulk messaging, distributing malicious software, unauthorised access, denial-of-service attacks, or unlawful content.
Do not attempt to compromise our infrastructure, access another customer’s resources, or bypass your package limits. You are responsible for securing the software you install and addressing harmful activity originating from your VPS.
We may restrict or suspend a service to contain an active security threat, respond to a serious breach, or comply with a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to fix it. Urgent threats may require action first.
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination. You can contact support to challenge a decision. Suspension or termination does not cancel any refund or other rights you have under applicable law.
Backups, availability, and responsibility
You are responsible for keeping independent backups and checking that you can restore them. Full disk encryption on our hosting servers does not replace backups or secure the software running inside your VPS.
Maintenance, hardware faults, and network problems can interrupt service. These terms do not promise a particular uptime percentage or support response time. We remain responsible for providing the service described in your order and for meeting our legal obligations.
Your responsibility for managing the VPS does not exclude our responsibility for our own failures. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected], including your order reference, what happened, and the resolution you want.
We will provide a reasoned written response to consumer complaints within 14 days. If your complaint remains unresolved, you may be able to use Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution. This does not prevent you from seeking a court remedy.
Lithuanian law governs this agreement, without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights available to you under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We will date each version of these terms. Publishing a new version does not, by itself, change an existing agreement or reduce an already purchased service period. Any changes to an existing agreement must follow applicable law.
